Our neighbor lives right next to the Chapter 1 building. They've turned two rooms on the second floor of their home into private guest rooms and stayed on the first floor themselves. This arrangement exists only through Seoul Nooks — it's not listed anywhere else. You get your own private room and full access to everything happening in the community.

What you pay, monthly:

• Rent to the host family — 700,000 KRW for the small room

or 1,000,000 KRW for the large room (still being finalized — confirm with us before you commit)

• Your Seoul Nooks community membership as a shikgu (non-coliver membership) + quasi-coliver at 189,000 KRW/month for full coliver access and treatment while living here
  • Full discord access same as colivers
  • Full access to both chapters as colivers (no need to ask for permission entering & staying at houses)

• The facts, upfront:
• Women only. The household is a mother and her two daughters, so these rooms are reserved for women.
• No commission. Seoul Nooks isn't profiting from this — we helped our neighbor set the rooms up (blackout curtains, towels, detergent) as a favor to the community. If something's missing once you're in, tell them directly.

A day here, in practice:

You sleep and get ready at your host's house. Everything else — work, meals, community life — happens at Chapter 1, twenty seconds away or Chapter 2 some other days whenever you feel like. You're not sharing a living room with a Korean family; you're borrowing a bedroom from them and living your actual life next door.

Apply if this is you:

• You want to be part of Seoul Nooks, and this is your way in — not a compromise you'll resent.
• You would have spent time at living room of Chapter 1, 2 most of the day anyway: working, eating, hanging out.
• You barely cook, so a shared kitchen at your host's place isn't an issue.
